TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

By ordering prepared fresh meals from SlenderZone, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Sale:

  1. In order to obtain optimum results, all 10-day trial plans can not be interrupted with schedule changes.
  2. Payment for meals must be paid in full prior to receiving the first delivery.
  3. It is the client's responsibility to notify SlenderZone at least 4 business days prior to the day that the client wishes to terminate his/her service.
  4. All SlenderZone meal delivery plans will continue delivery uninterrupted, and the SlenderZone Meal Plan WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW, unless Chef In Charge, Inc. is given written notice 4 business days prior to plan renewal date. A 10% service charge will apply to any canceled contract.
  5. Suspended services will be strictly honored with ONLY 48 hours prior notice before weekends. To provide written notice, please email to info@slenderzone.com or send facsimile to (818) 255-3527. Any credits with missed days of paid service are made up at the end of the service cycle. Please keep in mind that we endeavor to stay current with our bookkeeping at the time we're informed of your schedule changes.
